Delivery

You can order shoes by phone on 0800 HANNAH (426 624), or online through the Hannahs Mail Order service.

This service is only available within New Zealand. We charge a non-refundable $5 delivery fee for up to 2 pairs of shoes. We'll email you to let you know when your shoes are on their way. You should receive them between 3 to 5 working days of the email.

Returns

Customers may return shoes to any Hannahs store (excluding our outlet stores).

Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. All prices include GST.

In addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act, we will exchange or refund any unworn product returned in its original condition, accompanied by the original receipt, within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. We reserve the right to ask for identification or process any refund through our Head Office.

Mail Order returns

Customers may return shoes to Hannahs stores directly (excluding our outlet stores). Alternatively, you may return shoes to the Hannahs Head Office at your own cost.
