We are so excited to have you back in our stores.
Please note a few important guidelines for in-store shopping at Alert Level 2.
Before heading to your local, please check the current store hours HERE.
Please stay at least 2 metres from other customers & staff. To ensure this is manageable, staff will monitor the numbers of customers in each store at one time.
High touch areas will be sanitised often throughout the day. We ask that you please take the same initiative. Ensure your hands are clean & you are feeling 100% well before visiting our stores.
Staying home if you're sick is still the best thing you can do to stop any future spread of COVID-19.
It is mandatory for all New Zealand businesses to display the COVID Tracer QR codes to assist with contract tracing. You will find QR posters located near the entrance when you visit any of our stores. If you need assistance locating the QR code please ask one of our staff. We understand that not all customers have a mobile phone or the ability to use the Government tracer app, therefore we will also be maintaining a manual register in each store for any customers who wish to record their visit manually. While you will not be required to scan the QR code or manually register when visiting our stores, we do encourage it. The health and safety of our customers & staff is of the upmost importance. By registering your visit this will ensure that you are contacted should we learn that a confirmed COVID case has visited a store at the same time & location as your visit.
Face coverings can help reduce the spread of COVID-19. While it is not mandatory for our customers or staff to wear a face covering while in our retail stores we do support any person who does wish to wear one.A face covering helps stop droplets spreading when someone speaks, laughs, coughs or sneezes. This includes someone who has COVID-19 but feels well or has no obvious symptoms. Face coverings are particularly useful when physical distancing is not possible.
Click & Collect orders are available at Alert Level 2.
To help support social distancing and limit the number of customers in store at one time, we do continue to encourage Courier Post’s contactless delivery for online orders.
To abide by social distancing regulations, we are currently unable to physically assist you with shoe fittings. Our staff will still be on hand to offer help & advice from a safe 2-metre distance.
We encourage you to bring in your own socks or hosiery for trying on shoes. This is not mandatory, just another way to help all customers, including yourself, feel comfortable and safe.We thank you again for your support and look forward to seeing you in store.
